Plan before purchasing
See the required parts, committed upgrades, uncommitted wants, and projected total before another order goes in.
Built from real project experience
Finish Line Build Systems creates practical tools for builders who want to understand the whole project—not just the last receipt.
Why it exists
Classic-truck builds can stretch across years. Parts arrive, plans change, wrong-fit items go back, old components get sold, and measurements disappear into photos or text messages. The number everyone wants—the realistic cost to finish—becomes harder to answer with every change.
The Classic Truck Build System was created to give that entire process one organized home. It brings the budget, parts, returns, future plan, tasks, blockers, measurements, shop readiness, photos, and documents together so the next decision is based on the whole build.

The standard
Every system should reduce confusion, preserve important decisions, and make the next step easier to see.
See the required parts, committed upgrades, uncommitted wants, and projected total before another order goes in.
Do not hide gross purchases, recoveries, included value, or retained value inside one misleading total.
Record the measurements, part numbers, sources, fitment decisions, and photos you will need months or years later.
The first system
Version 1.0 is an Excel-based planning and tracking package for classic-truck restorations, restomods, hot rods, and long-term project builds. It includes a clean workbook, completed example, Quick Start guide, organized photo-folder system, shop-readiness checklist, personal-use license, and future update information.

Plan • Track • Finish
The system organizes the information. The builder still makes the decisions, confirms fitment, verifies the work, and owns the final result.
